Property Prices

My take is that in 3 to 6 months, prices should be coming down slowly. Foreign property buyers are moving out. Prices here are comparable to locations in major established cities, so why should they park their money here? There is virtually no more enbloc sales. Developers are flushed with land in their landbanks and many completions are coming onstream.
